Driving Directions from I-95 Traveling South:

  • From I-95 South, take Exit 38 (GA-25-SPUR/N Golden Isles Parkway)
  • Keep left to take the ramp toward Sea Island/St. Simons Island
  • At light, turn left onto Golden Isles Parkway/GA-25-SPUR S
  • Travel 4.6 miles, then take a slight right onto US-17/Glynn Avenue
  • Travel 1.6 miles, then turn left onto FJ Torras Causeway
  • Travel 4.1 miles over two bridges and you are on St. Simons Island
  • Sea Island is off of St. Simons and accessible from Frederica Road and Sea Island Causeway.

  • From I-95 North, take Exit 29 (US-17 N) toward Brunswick/Jekyll Island/St. Simons Island
  • At the end of the ramp, turn right onto US-17
  • Travel 3.9 miles, you’ll cross over the Sidney Lanier suspension bridge
  • Turn right onto FJ Torras Causeway
  • Travel 4.1 miles over two bridges and you are on St. Simons Island
  • Sea Island is off of St. Simons and accessible from Frederica Road and Sea Island Causeway.


By Air:

Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is 67 miles from Sea Island (approximately a 1 hour and 15 minute drive). On site car rentals are available, as well as private transportation to St. Simons. We recommend arranging private transportation in advance of your arrival.

Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (BQK) is conveniently located on the mainland. Guests arriving at the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport have just a 20 minute drive to St. Simons Island. The airport is serviced by Delta Connection, with several daily arriving and departing flights to Atlanta. Car rentals are available on site, as well as private transportation to St. Simons via taxi.
